Yip has been in active practise since
1998. He has a strong reputation in the
legal fraternity as a responsible &
dedicated lawyer.
Yip is at ease in Dispute
Resolutions, Corporate Contracts &
Property Transactions matters. Many a
times, he is not only highly sought by
clients, but often engaged by other lawyers
to act as a consultant, solicitor or even
an advisor to various matters. It is testament
of his standing in the Bar, that other
lawyers look up to Yip in support of their

Richard
Wee
LL.B (Hons) University of
London
Richard Wee is an active
member of the Malaysian Bar. He was recently
elected to the Bar Council and is now
the Chairperson of the National Young
Lawyers Committee. He is also a member
of the Environmental Committee at Kuala
Lumpur Bar.
He was called to the
Bar in 1999. Amongst his peers, Richard
is often quoted as a reputable and confident
advocate at all levels of our Malaysian
Court System.
He has a personal liking
for Trust Laws & Criminal Defence
Litigation but he is equally comfortable
with Property Transactions. On a few occasions,
Richard has also acted as a consultant
in Corporate matters.
Richard is also known
for his passion for Civil Liberty issues.

Sarah
Kambali
LL.B (Hons.) IIUM
A graduate of IIUM, Sarah
was called to the Bar in 2007. Since then,
she has been involved in Property &
Loan Documentation projects at her former
Firm.
At RWY, she supports
the partners in Contracts & Conveyancing
matters. But Sarah’s talents goes
beyond those areas, as She is equally
comfortable in litigation matters, particularly
in drafting & managing Court files.
She has a bubbly character
& has her own blog. At the Bar, Sarah
volunteers her time for the cause of the
Young Lawyers Committee.
